Just wondering...
I was just wondering ... if I were to take a bit of a road trip from Canberra to Orange, some time soon, and if that the trip were to take me via Boorowa and Cowra... I was just wondering if there might be any lovely little yarn stores, op shops or antiques places that local knitters and thrifters might recommend? Anyone?

there's a rather nice wool shop in Young, which isn't too far out of the way! Don't know any others though.
Boorowool in Boorowa has some yarn but not a lot and is only open weekends and perhaps Friday.
There is a craft co-op in Booroowa in the old court house. There was some handspun there when I visited last year. If you go via Harden-Murrumburrah, there's an lovely alpaca shop and another craft co-op "Which Craft" which sells the BEST Devonshire teas. As Bells, said, there's the wool shop in Young which is wonderful.
Passable Vinnies in Boorowa, a couple of decent op-shops in Young. Haven't been to the op-shops of Cowra for years so can't help much there.
