It's not so hard. It's good for you ...er... me. It warms you up. It releases endorphins. And it only takes 20 minutes a day.
I'm joining Pip and others with a public undertaking to Move it Like Mike.
The mission is to move about, I mean, really move about, for a mere 20 minutes, 3 times a week. But, surely, surely, it's not too hard to do that every day. That's what I'm aiming for: 20 minutes a day of actual moving about (in my case, mostly walking at lunch time), every day for the rest of winter. Non-rainy days will see me in the great outdoors. Rainy days, well there's always the shopping mall to stride around.
Any other takers? Sister?
