It's not so hard. It's good for you me. It warms you up. It releases endorphins. And it only takes 20 minutes a day.

I'm joining Pip and others with a public undertaking to Move it Like Mike.

The mission is to move about, I mean, really move about, for a mere 20 minutes, 3 times a week. But, surely, surely, it's not too hard to do that every day. That's what I'm aiming for: 20 minutes a day of actual moving about (in my case, mostly walking at lunch time), every day for the rest of winter. Non-rainy days will see me in the great outdoors. Rainy days, well there's always the shopping mall to stride around.

Any other takers? Sister?

I'll report in weekly.

I replied to your comment on my blog but it's probably a better idea to post here! Good luck with your challenge, I think it's a great idea!

Sounds great! I'd say "I'm in!" as well, but I already walk my dogs at least 3 times a week for between 30 and 45 minutes each time - I feel bad if I don't! Thing I'd like to get back into is going to the gym regularly, so maybe that will be my challenge. My days of vicarious exercise are over! :D
