It's not so hard. It's good for you ...er... me. It warms you up. It releases endorphins. And it only takes 20 minutes a day.
I'm joining Pip and others with a public undertaking to Move it Like Mike.
The mission is to move about, I mean, really move about, for a mere 20 minutes, 3 times a week. But, surely, surely, it's not too hard to do that every day. That's what I'm aiming for: 20 minutes a day of actual moving about (in my case, mostly walking at lunch time), every day for the rest of winter. Non-rainy days will see me in the great outdoors. Rainy days, well there's always the shopping mall to stride around.
Any other takers? Sister?

Sounds great! I'd say "I'm in!" as well, but I already walk my dogs at least 3 times a week for between 30 and 45 minutes each time - I feel bad if I don't! Thing I'd like to get back into is going to the gym regularly, so maybe that will be my challenge. My days of vicarious exercise are over! :D
